Ingeniana Management Consultants was founded in 1989 by John W. Davin, initially to provide consulting services to the automotive supply industry. As the Company progressed, it began servicing many other types of business including service, packaging, lighting, printing, advertising, reprographics,and e-commerce. We have provided our services to Clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Ingeniana specializes in providing its services to startup, early stage and privately owned companies.

Mr. Davin continues as President of the Company. He is a nationally recognized expert in Business Development, Strategy and Business Planning. He also has performed On Site Management assignments as General Manager of Detroit Electro-Coating and President and COO of Fostoria Products. At Fostoria, he restructured the company, trained the people, obtained new customers, increased sales by over 250% and returned the company to profitability. At Detroit Electro-Coating, he merged two companies into one, returned the surviving company to profitability and obtained QS9000 certification.

In prior positions, Mr. Davin was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for The Crown Division of the Allen Group, a Tier 1 Automotive supplier; Group Vice President of Business Development for the Automotive Group of W.R. Grace as well as President of the Hickey Enterprise Division. He also held senior management positions with both Ford Motor Company and General Motors.

ASSOCIATES

WILLIAM WISCHMAN is an Associate of Ingeniana Management Consultants. He is a well known expert in both management and finance. Over the past 25 years he has been involved in five start-ups as both CEO and an ownership participant in some of them, most noteably PASS-TV, the first regional sports network in the country. He served on the Financial Management Board of Dominos Pizza and was CEO of the communication group which included Pass. In prior positions he was a Partner in PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Wischman is a CPA. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Henry Ford Health System for thirteen years, including two as Vice Chairman. He is also Chairman Emeritus of the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. He also served on the Boards of the Boys Clubs, YMCA and as Media Chairman for United Way.

DOUGLAS ROBERTS is Financial Consultant that specializes in assisting companies in setting up and implementing financial control systems in their operations. Prior to his present position, Mr. Roberts was Controller of a General Electric Division.

CHRISTINE A. ZWICKE, president, CZ Communications, LLC, is a results-oriented leader, business development and executive consultant with expertise in corporate business, operations process as well as professional communications, staff coaching and integrated marketing development. Drawing on more than 20 years of Fortune 500 experience, her range of expertise includes strategic external, executive and internal communication direction, brand management, marketing and financial communications, media and industry analyst relations, advanced technology launches, public affairs, crisis communications, global cross-functional task force leadership and business process improvement. She also has 15 years hands-on experience in computer-integrated and traditional manufacturing operations environments. Zwicke’s business mission: help clients get the most from all they have.

Prior to founding her Detroit-based business, she was Senior Director, Strategic Business Communication, for ArvinMeritor,where she played a key role in the enterprise wide, global Integration Team effort to develop and direct the consolidation of global communication, marketing and functional integration for the $7-billion Arvin and Meritor merger in 2001, to define, strengthen and promote the new company’s post-merger brand. Prior to that, Zwicke has held a number of increasingly responsible manufacturing operations positions in both production/inventory control and final assembly functions.

She participated in the MBA program at Marquette University and earned her Bachelor’s degree in business management from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wis. With undergrad minors in information technology and inventory management, she completed her graduate-level work in 1999 in senior public relations from the prestigious San Francisco Academy, in affiliation with the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.
